RESTAURANT ROOMS
Opened
for lunch and dinner during season peak, the inner room and the
terrace amount to over 150 seats. The restaurant is quite majestic
indeed, with its exotic wooden floor, its ivory columns, and its
twin-linked rooms. But dimmed lights and warm fabrics make it cosy
enough.
The service will be just as excellent
as in any first-rate, gastronomic restaurant, but in a friendly,
more relaxed, atmosphere.
The summer meals may also be served on the terrace above the Tarn.
Lighter dishes are at disposal around the pool.
Terrace and panoramic window
Stand
on our terrace right above the Tarn, and simply enjoy the emerald
streams whirling underneath. No other place than Grand Hotel may
provide such a kick !
You may laso have a look at the Capluc rock – originally named
“Cap Luiis” in latin, which means “peak of light”.
From Capluc rock, the Gorges du Tarn open to the Aveyron valley.

The
terrace is the place to try our delicious “viennoiseries”,
home-made croissants and other pastries. You’ll need them
to stand a whole day’s raid in the Causses ! You may also
remain on the terrace to have lunch and/or dinner, with our amazing
choice of tasty and colourful meals.
En levant les yeux, on observe le roc de Capluc, le « Cap
luiis» ce qui signifie la « tête de lumière»,
qui marque l'ouverture de la Gorge sur la vallée.

You
may come there anytime to meditate with the heavy-leafed trees boarding
the river, watching canoes and kayaks gliding around. A the end
of the day, have one last drink in one of the big white sofas under
the magnolia tree…
